Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health

HMB Training Services are passionate in saving lives and spreading the awareness of Mental Health.  In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week.  The awareness Mental Health First Aid Course allows Mental Health First Aiders the knowledge of looking for signs of Mental Health conditions in their workplace.

Our FAA Level Awareness in Mental Health First Aid (RQF) will benefit any person in understanding and identifying Mental Health conditions.

Attending our half a day awareness course you have the understanding of Mental Health, identify mental health conditions, provide and start a conversation, understand stress and mental health conditions.
